Responsibilities

Data collection supporting real estate strategy, leasing and governance teams

Data entry in real estate database, contracting database, and in financial tools

Assisting with real estate portfolio planning

Tracking real estate activities supporting reports and metrics

Assisting with financial and real estate reporting and power point presentations

Qualification

Required

Worked towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, engineering or other relevant field

Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues

Communication and organisational skills of a high standard

Experience collating and presenting data

Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
