Responsibilities

Analyse business requirements, design and implement solutions

Develop applications in coordination with stakeholders and subject matter experts

Follow Software Development LIfecycle (SDLC) processes and support continuous improvement culture

Ensure solutions meet customer needs within scope, schedule, and budget

Escalate complex issues promptly and adhere to company methodologies

Ensure compliance needs are met and customer impacts are assessed, while providing support during testing, handover, and post-implementation

Estimate effort, report progress, and manage activities within budget

Maintain accuracy and timeliness of output

Mentor junior engineers and transfer knowledge effectively

Identify and assess risks within your subject matter area, lead risk-related dialogue as the SME for that domain, and support stakeholders in making informed, risk-based decisions. Mitigate risks in delivery while keeping to agreed plan and timeframes
