Responsibilities
Make lead generation calls and follow up with potential referral partners
Build and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and clients
Represent Burgess Inspections at events, networking opportunities, and meetings
Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach and conversion strategies
Schedule residential and commercial inspections across Virginia
Coordinate with clients and inspectors to optimize routes and availability
Provide prompt, friendly communication for all scheduling inquiries
Maintain accurate records and updates in scheduling systems
Assist with office tasks like data entry and CRM maintenance
Help streamline scheduling and follow-up processes
Support the team with special projects and client outreach campaigns
Qualification
Required
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Comfort and enthusiasm in making outbound calls and generating new leads
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or willingness to learn)
High school diploma required
Preferred
Additional education or training
Sales, customer service, or admin experience (bonus if you've done all three!)
