Responsibilities
Manage multiple BAS/HVAC controls projects, ensuring successful delivery from kickoff through closeout
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, equipment procurement plans, and labor forecasts
Coordinate with mechanical contractors, field technicians, electricians, and engineering teams to drive execution
Review engineering drawings, sequences of operation, and submittals for accuracy and constructability
Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project life cycle
Support continuous improvement and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and high quality workmanship
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Controls Project Manager
Background in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or HVAC controls
Ability to manage multiple BAS/HVAC controls projects
Experience in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, budgets, equipment procurement plans, and labor forecasts
Coordination skills with mechanical contractors, field technicians, electricians, and engineering teams
Ability to review engineering drawings, sequences of operation, and submittals for accuracy and constructability
