Regional Sales Manager
Established Search is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the Midwest United States market in digital dentistry. The role involves driving revenue through distributor partnerships, building relationships, and executing business plans to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Own and grow the Midwest region, driving revenue through established and new distributor partners
Build strong, long-term relationships with distributors, key accounts, KOLs, dental practices, DSOs, and labs
Develop and execute joint business plans with distribution partners to achieve regional sales targets
Support distributors with product training, demos, clinical education, and sales enablement
Identify new market opportunities and support lead generation through events and trade shows
Negotiate commercial terms within established guidelines
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, clinical, product, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Track pipeline, forecasts, and regional performance using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
Qualification
Required
Proven success in dental or medtech sales, ideally within digital dentistry, intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM, or imaging
Strong experience managing and growing distributor-led sales models
Track record of building high-performing distributor and key account relationships
Experience covering multi-state territories, ideally within the Midwest
Hunter mentality with the ability to build and scale regional revenue
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel regionally as required
