Responsibilities
Computer desktop support, helping them install the latest security or video software, or doing routine firmware updates to their vast array of IoT devices that we support
We may walk clients through doing a function on their alarm keypad, app or computer
We may help them program functions and rules for their alarm, access, video system, or IoT device, or simply need to send them an electronic manual for their records
And of course, do documentation and billing of our work
Qualification
Required
GED or high school diploma
valid driver's license
good fundamental knowledge of Networking
good and quick learner
strong written and verbal communication skills
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's or associate degrees in Electrical Engineering, IT, or Computer Networking
Microsoft Certification
online courses in Networking and Router
joining and studying under organizations like Microsoft and other manufacturer offerings
