Customer Success Engineer
CyberForce Global is an emerging leader in the Autonomous SOC and AI-driven security operations space, developing next-generation security automation technologies. They are seeking a technically driven Customer Success Engineer to support customers in adopting and operationalising an advanced cybersecurity platform.
Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding, deployment, and configuration to ensure smooth platform adoption
Serve as a technical point of contact for customers, assisting with product questions and issue resolution in collaboration with internal teams
Design and implement automated triage and response workflows to support SOC operations
Build and customise security automation workflows for enterprise and service provider use cases
Monitor customer environments for configuration gaps, performance issues, and operational risks
Advise customers on tuning and customising the platform to align with their SOC maturity and threat models
Track customer health indicators and proactively drive actions to reduce churn risk
Identify expansion opportunities and surface potential risks that may impact renewals
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve detection logic, automation capabilities, and platform scalability
Contribute to post-sales processes and internal delivery playbooks to support consistent customer outcomes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in technical support, professional services, SOC, or incident response roles
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, or threat detection platforms
Strong experience working with Linux-based systems and troubleshooting complex environments
Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar) and familiarity with APIs
Experience building or supporting SOC/IR automation workflows or playbooks
Ability to translate complex security use cases into clear implementation guidance
Strong analytical skills for investigating alerts, logs, and customer-reported issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience working directly with customers in a technical, post-sales, or services-oriented role
