Head of Performance Marketing
Confido Health is transforming healthcare administration through AI-powered automation, and they are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own their paid growth engine end-to-end. The role involves managing paid acquisition channels, optimizing conversion funnels, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve lead quality and pipeline contribution.
Responsibilities
Own and operate Paid Search, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) end-to-end
Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, creatives, and experiments
Build and iterate on healthcare-specific keyword strategies (non-trivial intent)
Continuously improve CPL → SQL → Revenue conversion
Own landing pages (copy, structure, conversion flows)
Design and run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, form flows, and messaging
Work with product & sales to reflect real objections and use cases in messaging
Set up and maintain clean attribution (HubSpot, GA, ad platforms)
Report weekly on:
Spend, CPL, SQL rate, pipeline, CAC
What’s working, what’s not, and why
Tie ad performance to downstream sales outcomes (not vanity metrics)
Build a clear experimentation roadmap (channels, creatives, offers)
Explore new paid channels or formats as appropriate (YouTube, display, retargeting)
Translate sales learnings and call insights into new ad angles
Work closely with Sales & Leadership to:
Align ICP and targeting
Improve lead quality
Iterate on positioning
Partner with design/content as needed (or do it yourself early on)
Qualification
Required
4–8 years in performance marketing with hands-on execution
Proven experience owning Google Search + at least one paid social channel
Strong landing page & conversion optimization instincts
Comfortable operating with imperfect data and iterating fast
Experience generating pipeline for B2B SaaS or services (healthcare a plus)
Extremely analytical + creative
Preferred
Healthcare, dental, DSO, or vertical SaaS experience
Experience transitioning work from agency → in-house
HubSpot-heavy GTM experience
Early-stage startup background
