Sales Manager
Grefort Electrical Inc. is seeking a proactive and experienced sales manager to lead business development and customer acquisition in the transformer industry. This role requires deep industry experience and a passion for helping clients achieve success through the right technological solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new OEM customers and strategic accounts in the transformer and switchgear sectors
Drive sales of PA coils, CT coils, insulators, cores, and related components
Provide technical consultation on specifications, application fit, and system compatibility
Manage RFQs, quotations, and pricing in coordination with the operations team
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and on-site customer visits
Track industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to shape strategy
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to align solutions and ensure delivery
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or Business preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development for transformer or switchgear OEMs
Existing network of industry contacts and strong market knowledge
Self-motivated and independent with a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
