Qualification
Required
8 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in personal injury, general liability, catastrophic injury, or transportation
Experienced litigation attorney (8 years+ experience)
Experience in general liability, personal injury, transportation
Handle all aspects of litigation, trial preparation, investigation, court appearances
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Excellent organization and time-management skills
