Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analog and mixed-signal circuit design, from concept to production

Design and optimize key analog blocks (ADCs, DACs, oscillators, biasing circuits, etc.)

Perform simulations, verification, layout supervision, and system optimization

Conduct lab evaluations, silicon characterization, and debug activities

Mentor junior engineers and oversee sub-teams within development projects

Collaborate with digital, firmware, layout, and test teams to deliver integrated solutions

Contribute to technology roadmap and design methodology improvements

Required

Transistor-level CMOS analog & mixed-signal circuit design

ADCs, DACs & Sensor integration

Strong understanding of performance trade-offs (speed, power, noise, linearity, etc.)

Design & simulation tools

Hands-on lab experience with test equipment and silicon evaluation

Proven ability to lead technically, solve complex design challenges, and mentor others

Preferred

Experience with low-power, high-resolution ADC architectures

Familiarity with CADENCE and associated tools

Background in sensors

Knowledge of behavioural modelling and system-level design
