This role involves acting as a key point of contact between customers, clients, and internal teams to ensure a positive experience throughout the campaign journey.

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms in a professional manner
Support clients and customers throughout marketing campaigns and promotions
Coordinate information between customers and internal marketing teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Assist with resolving customer issues and escalating where necessary
Support event marketing, promotions, and campaign logistics
Help gather customer insights and feedback to improve campaign performance
Provide administrative and coordination support to the customer service team
Qualification
Required

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
