Business Development Representative
CyberForce Global is an emerging leader in the cybersecurity, application security, and risk management space. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support pipeline growth by engaging with potential customers and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and prospect into target accounts within cybersecurity and risk management markets
Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social channels
Engage and qualify security stakeholders, including SOC, security operations, and risk leaders
Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for the sales team
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems
Stay informed on market trends across cybersecurity, application security, and risk management
Represent the company professionally in customer interactions and industry conversations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting role within cybersecurity, networking, or related technology markets
Strong understanding of MDR, SOC operations, EDR/XDR, SIEM, or similar threat detection technologies
Experience working in or selling for an early-stage cybersecurity startup
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence security and technical stakeholders
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
Must be based in the Boston area and able to work in-office three days per week
