Responsibilities
Lead and develop R&D engineering teams across multiple product programs
Drive technical strategy, execution, and delivery from early concept through commercialization
Partner closely with industrial design, CMF, product management, sourcing, and manufacturing teams
Ensure designs meet performance, cost, quality, and manufacturability targets
Review and guide technical architecture, prototyping, testing, and validation activities
Mentor engineers and engineering managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly to senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership of R&D or product development teams
Strong background in consumer products, electromechanical systems, or related industries
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex development cycles
Deep understanding of design for manufacturing, tooling, and production ramp-up
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
Preferred
