Responsibilities
Complete a 12-week training program based in Austin, TX with an expected start date of April 6, 2026
Travel throughout Texas is expected during the 12-week program as well
Conduct onsite audits by examining financial records and performing interviews to determine the final earned premium for the policyholder
Analyze financial reconciliations, policyholder payroll records, job classification codes, and contracts
Develop and maintain policyholder relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and promote policyholder retention
Communicate with policyholders to ensure their understanding and compliance
Identify and refer potential fraud
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent critical thinking, empathy, desk management, communication, and customer service skills
Valid Texas driver's license
Ability to travel within the state of Texas
Note: this position may require occasional overnight stays
