Responsibilities
Source and lead execution of special situations and transformative transactions
Collaborate cross-border to move fast on transaction structuring and capital formation
Take ownership end-to-end: from idea to closing
Move at startup speed, no bloated process, no slide decks for the sake of it
Qualification
Required
Ownership of workflow from end-to-end
Sourcing and identifying acquisition targets
Conducting fundamental and balance sheet analysis
Initiating and managing outreach to management teams and advisors
Driving follow ups
Supporting transactions through to signed agreements
Commercial judgment
Persistence
Ability to operate independently in a fast moving, high accountability environment
Relentlessly resourceful
Sharp, numerate, and fast
Hands-on approach
Comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, and high expectations
