Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process across global partners
Onboard and support new production sites, ensuring stable daily operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners
Lead quality improvement initiatives and resolve production issues rapidly
Design and implement manufacturing tools, jigs, fixtures, and light automation
Support new product launches from prototype to full-scale production
Analyze data to drive cost reduction and process optimization
The position requires on-site visits to production facilities approximately 25–30% of the time
Qualification
Required
BSc in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, QA/QC, or production development
Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and supplier management
Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion, or Onshape)
Analytical and hands-on mindset with excellent execution skills
Self-driven and effective in remote work environments
Preferred
Interest in sustainable and design-focused consumer products
