BALYO is seeking a Resident Service Technician to support after-sales maintenance operations for robotic forklifts. The role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of robotic solutions at customer sites, providing technical support, and maintaining a fleet of robotic forklifts.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair a fleet of robotic forklifts at a primary customer site (up to 10% travel to secondary sites)

Troubleshoot and repair robotic lift truck equipment, including lasers, sensors, and communication systems

Perform preventive maintenance tasks (lubrication, cleaning, replacement of worn parts)

Document action plans, interventions, and final resolutions for all support services

Calibrate robotic AGVs to ensure optimal performance

Conduct routine inspections, testing, and quality checks

Perform robot retrofits and hardware upgrades

Support installation phases and project ramp-up

Provide on-the-job training (OJT) to customer users when required

Test new hardware and support continuous improvement initiatives
