Negotiate and execute agreements with subcontractors and suppliers
Prepare and maintain project schedules
Develop project submittals and attend construction progress meetings
Monitor project correspondence and documentation
Generate and process subcontractor payments
Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure projects stay on track and on time
Managing projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in roadway construction
Familiarity with IDOT and municipal specifications
Experience with HCSS software
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
Team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project deliverables for accurate take-offs
