Oversee clinical and operational functions for the ABA center, ensuring quality care and compliance with all regulations

Manage day-to-day business operations, including budgeting, financial oversight, and administrative processes

Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management) and implement improvements

Collaborate with the executive team to determine strategic growth opportunities

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects to enhance service delivery

Ensure staff adherence to clinical best practices and operational standards

Drive performance metrics and reporting for both clinical and operational outcomes
