Responsibilities
Act as a technical liaison across diverse stakeholders, identifying trade-offs and mitigating risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
Communicate effectively with senior leadership and provide clear, actionable updates
Drive issue resolution independently, escalate major risks appropriately, and influence outcomes
Apply data-driven insights to implement holistic, system-level solutions
Simplify complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and data science
Maintain a relentless focus on execution, accountability, and customer success
Collaborate across multiple teams and organizations to achieve program goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in technical program management
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred
Hands-on technical experience (software development, systems engineering, data engineering, or site reliability)
Proven track record delivering large, complex programs with cross-functional collaboration
Experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud architectures (AWS preferred)
Background in SaaS platforms and scalable product development
Familiarity with agile delivery and planning
Exposure to Generative AI applications for business efficiency
Experience in regulated environments
Advanced technical degree preferred
