Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for employees, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues (Windows, macOS, cloud tools)
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies across internal systems
Support collaboration and productivity tools (email, video conferencing, project management platforms)
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including system setup and access control
Maintain IT documentation, asset tracking, and routine system checks
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and upgrades
Qualification
