Responsibilities
Develop advanced SQL queries to analyze large-scale datasets across cloud and on-prem systems
Build dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Apply machine learning techniques for use cases such as fraud detection, credit scoring, and customer segmentation
Design and implement automated workflows and data pipelines using Python and orchestration tools
Collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, and business teams to deliver impactful data-driven projects
Ensure data governance, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards
Work with cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, MIS, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Snowflake)
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model development
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, BigQuery)
Familiarity with BI tools and automation frameworks (Power Automate)
Preferred
Knowledge of banking domain areas such as regulatory reporting or risk analytics is a plus
