Webindia Inc is focused on providing digital marketing services, particularly in the healthcare sector. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to own outbound sales for the USA market, generating, qualifying, and closing B2B clients.

Responsibilities
Prospect via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and outreach tools
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery → pitch → proposal → negotiation → close
Pitch Digital Marketing solutions, including:
Social Media Marketing
Performance Marketing (Meta / Google Ads)
SEO & Content
Marketing Automation & CRM
Focus on healthcare clients and the unique needs of the healthcare sector
Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates
Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams for smooth handover and client success
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of B2B sales/BD experience in a digital marketing agency
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, content strategy, and CRM tools
Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hands-on with CRM tools, Upwork, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet
Self-driven, target-oriented, and skilled at handling multiple prospects
Preferred
Prior experience with USA, UAE, or overseas clients
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, HighLevel)
