This role will manage projects, provide technical expertise, and serve as the primary client contact, conducting analyses, design reviews, and overseeing construction documentation and field testing.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage building envelope projects from investigation to construction administration
Perform condition assessments and forensic investigations using non-destructive and destructive testing
Conduct design reviews for constructability, durability, and waterproofing of foundation systems, walls, façades, and roofing assemblies
Oversee enclosure testing activities and perform testing when needed
Serve as the primary client contact, writing proposals, and managing project scopes and service fees
Coordinate with contractors, specialists, and clients, attending meetings and conferences as necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
10+ years of building envelope construction and consulting experience, including 5+ years managing projects
Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems, waterproofing, and construction standards (ASTM & AAMA)
Experience developing construction documents, technical specifications, and inspection reports
Excellent communication and client management skills
Preferred
Licensed Architect, Civil, or Structural Engineer preferred
Credentials in roofing and building enclosure systems are a plus
