dsm-firmenich is a global company specializing in flavors, fragrances, and ingredients. They are seeking a Formulation & Materials Science intern to conduct laboratory experiments and contribute to research projects during the summer internship program.

Responsibilities

Conduct lab experiments in the Formulations & Material Science labs on flavor/fragrance/nutrient delivery technologies

Organize collected data in clean way that is suitable for data analysis

Record and maintain a laboratory notebook and follow all laboratory safety protocols

Prepare a short research report that could serve as a start to an internal research report

Prepare and present your work during team meetings and a final presentation to the entire Formulations & Material Science team

Required

Currently working on completion of a bachelor's degree in Food Science/Chemistry/Materials Science or related field

Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026
