Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full implementation lifecycle of the Oracle EPM solution to replace the current planning tool
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Oversee technical integration, configuration, and customization of Oracle EPM modules
Work closely with finance and business teams to ensure alignment between EPM capabilities and business requirements
Coordinate integration efforts involving Oracle EBS R12, ensuring smooth data flows and compatibility across systems
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
510 years of experience in Technical Project Management, with strong exposure to EPM implementations
Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion Planning
Mandatory: Experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly in financial or planning-related modules
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Proven ability to lead transformation projects within financial systems
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field
Preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
