Proven experience in Supplier management, supplier development and improvement initiatives
Highly skilled in stakeholder management including top management and influencing without leading
Good economic knowledge and understanding of business correlations of costs, risks and impact
Basic knowledge of legal and contract aspects of quality, warranty and liability
Self-sufficient in problem analysis and drive for results
Ability to develop concepts for prevention, improvements on the product, system, process or organization level
Good understanding of manufacturing technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, with a strong preference for Chemical Engineering; degrees in Mechanical or Materials Engineering are also considered
Proven professional Quality experience (8+ year) including 5+ years in SQ role with expertise on set of manufacturing technologies
Excellent technical and quality management skills with adequate experience in Supplier audit, APQP, Lean, 6Sigma, FMEA, 8D, 5Why, DFM, MSA etc
Excellent fluency in moderation and communication skills in oral and written English
Proven experience in Supplier management, supplier development and improvement initiatives
