Senior Technical Account Manager
Scout Global is partnering with a fast growth Identity / Application Security business who has innovative technology and are changing the game with AI governance usage. We are looking to expand their Customer Success/ TAM team in the US to help their largest and most complex Enterprise Customers.
Responsibilities
Own product onboarding and activation for large enterprise customers, 2,500+ employees globally
Monitor product usage across business units, personas and identifying opportunities
Design and run product workflows with different stakeholders
Work with AE's to run product-focused discovery and demos
Lead working sessions to review deployment, usage and operational outcomes
Work with Account Managers to on renewal ad expansion strategy
Qualification
Required
7+ years experience in a customer facing, product role e.g. Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering or Product Management
Experience working within the Cyber Security space
Significant experience working with large enterprise customers
Comfortable working hands on with customers and the product
Ability to collaborate with the different teams mentioned above
Preferred
Start-up experience is a plus
SaaS, identity and AppSec experience is also a plus
