Responsibilities
Take a senior leadership role in the structuring and execution of leveraged finance transactions, including LBOs, refinancing, recapitalizations, and acquisition financings
Drive deal processes from origination through execution, acting as a primary point of contact for private equity sponsors, corporates, and internal stakeholders
Provide oversight and guidance on credit analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, and the preparation of lender and rating agency materials
Play a key role in origination, leveraging and expanding sponsor and corporate relationships across multiple sectors
Lead, mentor, and develop junior bankers, ensuring consistently high execution standards
Qualification
Required
