Responsibilities
Support the execution of M&A transactions across the Technology sector, including software, tech-enabled services, internet & digital platforms, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies
Take ownership of financial modelling and valuation analysis, including operating models, transaction scenarios, and supporting materials
Play a central role in the preparation of marketing materials (CIMs, teasers, management presentations) and coordination of data rooms and diligence processes
Act as a key point of contact on live deals, working closely with VPs and MDs while interacting with founders, management teams, private equity sponsors, and advisors
Assist in origination and coverage efforts through industry research, target screening, and pitch materials
Support and mentor Analysts, ensuring high-quality technical output and smooth deal execution
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of investment banking experience, with exposure to M&A transactions; Technology experience preferred but not essential
Strong execution experience on sell-side and/or buy-side M&A processes
Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills, with the ability to independently manage core workstreams
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative, motivated individual looking to grow within a high-performing Technology M&A team
