Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage, with the ability to navigate insurance products and services effectively
Knowledge of the Insurance and Finance sectors, with a strong understanding of financial planning and insurance regulations
Excellent Customer Service skills to provide professional, empathetic assistance to clients
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work on-site in Omaha, NE, and possess a valid insurance agent license (or willingness to obtain one)
Self-motivated with effective organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
