Responsibilities
Manage client insurance accounts and keep their information up to date
Guide clients through policy changes, renewals, billings and insurance claims
Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services
Cold calling, generating insurance quotes and recommendations, and inbound and outbound calls
Collaborate with the team to strategize and hit business targets
Qualification
Required
Mandarin AND Cantonese speaking
Willing to pursue Property & Casualty and Life/Disability Insurance License through the State of Washington (or already possess the license)
Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus, but we're also excited to train the right candidate
