Responsibilities
Build and scale customer trust programs, including self-service access to key security, privacy, and compliance resources
Serve as a trusted advisor to customer security and IT leaders, supporting pre-sales and post-sales conversations
Partner with sales teams to align cybersecurity messaging with GTM strategy and accelerate product adoption
Represent the organization externally as a security thought leader, contributing to industry conversations and best practices
Manage and respond to cybersecurity sections of RFIs/RFPs with accuracy and clarity
Maintain a robust library of security documentation, certifications, and compliance materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment on all external security communications
Identify trends in customer inquiries and help improve proactive communication and trust content
Support third-party risk and due diligence assessments for prospective and existing customers
Influence product development by sharing insights from customer interactions and emerging cybersecurity trends
Develop and enhance security-focused sales playbooks, objection handling guides, and messaging frameworks
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security, with broad cross-domain expertise
4+ years in a customer-facing or advisory role supporting technical and senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of security frameworks, data protection, privacy, and compliance best practices
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing multiple projects and deadlines
Strong ability to collaborate and influence across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Experience building customer trust or transparency programs at scale
3+ years supporting third-party risk management processes
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, or Security+
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks)
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical depth into meaningful business outcomes
