Investment Banking Associate - Consumer

Responsibilities

Execute M&A transactions across the Consumer sector, spanning sub-verticals such as retail, food & beverage, consumer services, and branded goods
Manage all deal stages from origination to completion, including preparing marketing materials (IMs, teasers), financial models, and client presentations
Take a lead role in running valuations, conducting industry research, and coordinating due diligence processes
Support senior bankers in maintaining and developing client relationships with corporates, financial sponsors, and strategic investors

Required

3–5 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to the Consumer sector, but not essential
Strong M&A execution track record (sell-side, buy-side, public and private transactions)
Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to take ownership of transaction deliverables
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
