Responsibilities
Manage building envelope and forensic projects from investigation to construction administration
Perform condition assessments, forensic investigations, and performance analysis of enclosure systems
Design and document repair solutions for façades, roofing, and enclosure assemblies
Oversee field testing, inspections, and reporting
Provide litigation support and expert reporting when required
Qualification
Required
Licensed Architect or ability to obtain
5+ years of relevant experience
Expertise in building envelope systems, waterproofing, façades, and roofing
Strong technical writing and client communication skills
Preferred
Experience in forensic consulting
Experience in litigation support
Experience in building performance analysis
