Responsibilities
Collaborate with the leadership team to understand design requirements and execute projects accordingly
Work closely to ensure that the designs align with the brand’s guidelines and objectives
Collaborate with the SEO team to create visually appealing graphics that support the concepts explained in blogs
Design presentations, social media posts, marketing materials and other visual content that aligns with the brand’s guidelines and objectives
Provide input on design strategies and trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and provide creative input to enhance the overall design process
Continuously seek feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure design quality and consistency
Understand the content and context to design graphics that enhance the reader’s experience
Assist in developing visual strategies for upcoming projects
Contribute to team goals by ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro and After Effects)
Expertise in tools like Canva & Figma
Knowledge of Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements
Ability to work independently and take initiative based on guidance
Enthusiastic, able to manage priorities, and eager to learn
Strong visual and aesthetic sensibilities, attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Excellent communication & collaboration skills with receptiveness to feedback
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
