Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor master data assets (products, customers, vendors, pricing) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies
Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into MDM requirements
Support integration and synchronization of data across ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms
Define and implement data validation rules and workflows to prevent data quality issues
Prepare data quality reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders
Participate in data governance forums to drive data stewardship and best practices
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in MDM, data governance, or data quality roles
Proficiency with data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools)
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
