Responsibilities

Own Multi-Channel Strategy with Revenue Accountability
Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Contribute to Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email channels
Build campaigns, test creatives, analyze attribution, and ship experiments fast
Steer campaigns from prospecting to conversion while coordinating with design and cross-functional teams
Architect new growth engines and creative testing frameworks
Influence company-wide strategy with attribution models and funnel optimizations

Required

5+ Years of Experience: At least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands; proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels
Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, with the ability to contribute to strategy
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals
Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation to take strategic decisions in campaign optimization
Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion, including ad-to-LP optimization
Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets, working effectively with design teams

Preferred

Mattress, furniture, or home goods sector background
Experience with programmatic channels, TikTok Ads
Familiar with automated ad creation tools and DCO
Experience creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms
Knowledge of Meta Shopping features and other social commerce integrations
