Review partnership tax returns and Schedules K-1 and K-3, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Advise on fund structuring, cross-border taxation, and efficient US tax strategies
Qualification
Required
7+ years of US tax experience, ideally in asset management or financial services
US CPA or Enrolled Agent
Strong technical knowledge of partnership and fund taxation (including 1065/K-1 reporting)
