Responsibilities
Design and detail structural systems using steel, concrete, masonry, and wood
Lead project coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration
Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Develop and maintain client relationships
Use BIM tools such as Revit for modeling and documentation
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
Ensure compliance with local codes and construction practices
Participate in internal initiatives to improve processes and innovation
Qualification
Required
6+ years of structural engineering experience, demonstrating growth in project management experience
BS in engineering
Proven ability to manage successful project teams
Strong client relationship experience and the ability to manage complex projects
PE or SE license
Ability to travel for site visits
Preferred
theme park and live event project experience
MS preferred
BIM (Revit) experience a plus
