Responsibilities
Support civil engineering projects with landscape architecture design for site development, streetscapes, parks, and commercial projects
Develop planting plans, hardscape layouts, grading concepts, and site design graphics that elevate project quality
Collaborate closely with civil engineers and project teams to deliver integrated, high-quality plans and presentations
Qualification
Required
You have a BLA or MLA from an accredited Landscape Architecture program
You are a Licensed Landscape Architect (or able to obtain licensure in South Carolina.)
You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in site/landscape design, preferably supporting civil or land development projects
You are proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D familiarity, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar visualization tools
You are collaborative, detail-oriented, creative, and eager to help build a growing discipline within a fast-moving, people-focused firm
