Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth to achieve a target of $2.4 million annually
Engage with customers through virtual and in-person meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and industry events
Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with key customers and partners cross the territory
Provide technical support throughout the sales process, from pre-sales consultations to post-sales support
Train and support distributor sales reps to ensure maximum product visibility and sales performance across the region
Qualification
Required
An MSc or PhD in a Molecular biology-related field
Strong communication abilities with the talent to build relationships, consult with clients, and influence decisions
A self-starter, commercially driven, and eager to apply your scientific knowledge in a client-facing role
Fluency in English is essential
Preferred
Prior sales experience is a plus
