Tricardia is supporting a company in clinical trials for a novel transcatheter mitral valve replacement system, seeking a Senior Clinical Development Specialist. This role will play a critical part in supporting procedures for the system, working closely with interventional cardiologists, imaging teams, and clinical trial leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide TEE-guided imaging support during TMVR and other transeptal structural heart procedures

Support device positioning, deployment, and real-time complication assessment

Serve as an imaging subject matter expert for a pivotal clinical trial

Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GCP, and imaging core lab standards

Train physicians and site imaging teams on advanced 2D/3D echocardiography techniques

Coordinate imaging activities across multiple clinical trial sites

Troubleshoot imaging and procedural challenges in high-acuity environments

Must have RDCS certification

5+ years cardiac imaging experience, including 2+ years supporting transeptal structural heart procedures

Extensive experience with interventional TEE (2D/3D; fusion imaging preferred)

Demonstrated experience with TMVR or similar transcatheter mitral valve / structural heart procedures

Associate's degree in cardiovascular technology, diagnostic medical sonography, or related field (Bachelor's degree or advanced imaging certification preferred)

Ability to travel extensively, including internationally
