Director/ExecutivePerfect Performance NOVA is the number one sports performance training company focused on athlete development and advocacy in the DMV. They are seeking a Director of Operations to support the execution of their vision and strategy across various programs, including training, club teams, leagues, camps, and events.

Responsibilities
Create standard operating procedures for the management of all training programs, club teams, leagues, camps & events
Manage the procurement process for all purchases for the company
Manage the relationship with all apparel partners with securing uniforms and spirit wear
Manage the cloud based registration and management system for the company
Create and manage contracts with JV partners and coaches
Apply and secure all field permits for facilities for all programs
Coordinate with the CEO to align goals, make improvements, strategize, and implement changes
Qualification
Required
Confident to speak candidly, assume roles and tasks, and then report back on what happened as well as its impact
Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment and own the results
Goal-oriented and organized leadership
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable in both a leadership and team-player role
Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports
In-depth understanding of the company and its position in the industry
Bachelor's degree
Excellent analytical and time-management skills with good interpersonal skills and communication with all stakeholders
Able to work remotely while having the ability to meet in person as needed
Preferred
Master (MA or MSc)
Working knowledge of various computer programs (experience with Google Apps for business preferred but not required)
