Strong Software Development experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills. This role interacts heavily with customers, and the lead will be required to make presentations
Flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing critical applications in a .Net environment
Ability to perform all tasks application development life cycle
Ability to develop fluently using ASP.NET, C#, Web API, MVC, Angular (Any Frontend Technologies), SQL Server, REST API, and Azure (6+ Months of Hands-on experience)
Develop and write high-quality coding that meets customer requirements
Ability to lead teams ranging from 5-8 senior, mid-level, and junior developers
Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies
Strong experience implementing REST services
Strong experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of the SCRUM process
Experience in client management or willingness to manage clients
Strong Software Development experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Project management experience is a plus
Experience in MedTech is a plus
Experience managing an offshore team in India is a plus
