Senior Marketing Business Analyst, Homecare
Veracity Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Marketing Business Analyst for their Homecare division. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive Business Intelligence and performance metrics, delivering insights to support strategic growth initiatives through various reporting tools.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Client Home Care DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) team to deliver world-class marketing analytics, trends, and forecasting
Leverage internal and external data sources to develop an advanced reporting suite supporting real-time marketing decisions
Manage short-term and long-term reporting needs using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
Deliver and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with business strategy
Design and execute automated and ad-hoc reports for the direct-to-consumer healthcare business
Develop new data visualizations and dashboards to present insights in a clear, actionable format
Collaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) and Finance teams to generate analytics-driven insights
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights and business recommendations
Support decision-making by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices in analytics and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or related field)
5+ years translating business needs into technical reporting and analytics deliverables
5+ years working with Power BI, Tableau, and strong proficiency in SQL queries
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
Strong analytical thinking and data visualization capabilities
Excellent business acumen and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategy
Experience with performance marketing, e-commerce metrics, and digital campaign tracking
Solid understanding of data governance, HIPAA compliance, and data quality controls
Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technical teams
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
5+ years experience in performance marketing or e-commerce analytics preferred
Familiarity with direct-to-consumer KPIs, Salesforce.com, and P&L management preferred
Exposure to health insurance reimbursement analytics preferred
5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Demonstrated experience in direct-to-consumer healthcare, medical devices, or e-commerce
Proven track record of using analytics to drive strategic decisions
