Responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and design with conviction
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all products
Lead the design review process with leaders from wireframes, to prototypes
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and iterate on product requirements and user stories
Ensure that all design deliverables meet the standards of quality and align with the company’s brand
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of successful products
Experience in design for enterprise or technical products
Proficiency with Figma, including Figma Make
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
A curiosity for AI and how we can leverage tools to speed the discovery to delivery timeline
Preferred
Experience working on products related to risk management or climate risk
Excitement for supporting an early stage startup and getting your hands dirty
