Senior Strategist, Community-Led Growth (B2B Sector)

They are seeking an experienced leader to take ownership of community-led demand generation targeting mid-sized B2B companies, with a focus on creating meaningful experiences and establishing thought leadership in the AI space.

Responsibilities
Defining and Executing the strategy for identifying and inviting high-value B2B leaders into targeted roundtable events
Leading and Moderating high-level group discussions with VPs of Sales, Marketing, and Operations on topics like AI for lead generation, sales automation, and customer success
Building and Nurturing a proprietary, niche community of B2B leaders, ensuring sustained engagement and value delivery
Designing and Implementing the post-event engagement workflows and strategic follow-up touchpoints
Mentoring and Collaborating on authentic outreach strategies that spark genuine conversation and move beyond mass-market spam
Shaping long-term engagement workflows and strategic partnerships
Conducting high-profile pre-calls, interviews, and podcast-style sessions with standout voices in the B2B space, positioning AI4Teams as a market leader
Qualification
Required
Mastered the B2B landscape
Built pipelines and closed deals
Experience in community-led demand generation targeting mid-sized B2B companies (50-500 employees)
Ability to define and execute strategy for identifying and inviting high-value B2B leaders into targeted roundtable events
Experience leading and moderating high-level group discussions with VPs of Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Ability to build and nurture a proprietary, niche community of B2B leaders
Experience designing and implementing post-event engagement workflows and strategic follow-up touchpoints
Ability to mentor and collaborate on authentic outreach strategies
Experience shaping long-term engagement workflows and strategic partnerships
Ability to conduct high-profile pre-calls, interviews, and podcast-style sessions with standout voices in the B2B space
Proven track record of building successful, non-traditional growth motions
