Lead the development of compliance-focused data solutions
Bridge Finance, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable regulatory reporting capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology
5+ years in U.S. regulatory reporting, banking, or financial services
Strong knowledge of reports like Y-9C, 2052a, Y-14, Call Reports, etc
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies; SAFe or PMP a plus
Familiarity with SQL, big data platforms (Hadoop, Cornerstone), and tools like AxiomSL (Adenza) or Nasdaq
Experience across IT disciplines (infra, dev, data analytics)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Comfortable leading conversations with technical and business leaders
Preferred
Experience with financial data architecture and cloud migration
Background in regulatory transformation or finance modernization projects
